Bat and Ball Cheese Poppers
Description: The only problem with this snack is that the guests will pop them so fast that they won’t last
long enough. This snack is especially good for sports-themed parties.
Serves: 18 (1 per Guest)
Ingredients: 1 package (3 ounces) of softened cream cheese1 tablespoon of milk 1 cup of shredded
American cheese 1 tablespoon of sliced green onions 1/4 cup of finely chopped peanuts 18 pretzel sticks
Method:
Place cream cheese and milk in a bowl and mix with an electric blender on medium speed. Mix until it’s completely
smooth. Be sure to scrape bowl often while mixing. Add shredded American cheese and the sliced green onions. Beat
again until everything is well mixed. Cover the mixture and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
After at least one hour, roll mixture into one inch balls. Then roll the balls in the chopped peanuts.
Stick one pretzel stick into each popper and serve.
